How long does it take to add my details?
Vaargo is a matching service so you only enter your basic property details which takes around two minutes, there are no descriptions, pictures etc. When you receive an enquiry that is the time you send the enquirer either to your web site, an advert or email them a brochure.
How do I make contact with the enquirer?
You receive a summary of the enquiry from us and you simply email the enquirer your vacation home details with an offer. It is best to send them a complete package so that they get the most attractive impression of your vacation home.
How do I reduce the enquiries I receive?
You can reduce the number of enquiries by tightening up your property details. For instance if you have said you want all enquiries for an area you can be more specific about your location or if you have said in the low season you will accept enquiries for four bedroom vacation rentals and you have a five bedroom home them increase the minimum number of bedrooms you want enquiries for to five bedrooms.
How do I ensure I only receive suitable enquiries?
Our matching service matches enquiries to your vacation home details so make sure you are specific when adding your details. Once you are a member you can alter your details at any time to ensure you only receive the enquiries you want.
